The recent Integrated Resource and Skill Training Centre (IRSTC) of ICCo, located in Belguri, Digaru, Kamrup District, Assam, is a reaffirmation of ICCo’s dedication to cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset for communities in Assam, particularly among rural women. The IRSTC will cater to comprehensive training programs encompassing a diverse array of skills, spanning from agri-allied livelihoods, and traditional crafts to contemporary business methodologies. Through a combination of trainings, workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions, and up-to-date equipment, beneficiaries of the centre will acquire invaluable knowledge and hands-on experience. From structured mentorship initiatives to facilitating access to funding and market prospects, ICCo looks forward to establishing a supportive ecosystem conducive to the growth of emerging entrepreneurs in the community.
